EXECUTION OF MECHANICAL INSTALLATION WORKS IN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PROJECT "SHELTER", THE NEW SAFE CONFINEMENT OVER THE 4TH UNIT OF THE CHERNOBYL NPP

Confinement is a protective structure that includes the whole complex of technological equipment for the extraction of the fourth unit materials containing nuclear fuel, as well as other systems to carry out activities to transform this object into an ecologically safe system.

The construction of the NSC will ensure the protection of personnel, population and environment from influence of sources of nuclear and radiation hazard associated with the object "Shelter"; will create the necessary conditions for the implementation of practical activities to transform the "Shelter"object.
